The building of the new entertainment venue on the site of the former Civic Hall is well underway and on time. Prior to the topping out ceremony, on 1 July,  Andrew Hodges visited the construction site to see the progress that is being made. The building will shortly be totally watertight. Already electrical and plumbing work has started with many tradesmen working hard on site. 

Interviews for the operators for the facility have been undertaken and the selected operator will be announced shortly.
